Obsessed with this little SKORT! Yep, a skirt, but its actually shorts!! It has a cute smocked waist, pockets, and a very nice poly material. Macy is a 25/26 in pants and 5'7 wearing the small. We suggest 25/26 small, 27/28 medium 29/30 large, if unsure or in between you could probably do the bigger as it is a more fitted fit.
