Refund Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must be sent back new, unwashed, and unworn within 10  days. Please send returns to Cactus Joys Returns, 1345 N Lydia, Stephenville TX 76401. 

All accessories, sale items, and items ending in (.00) are final sale. Items purchased with a return store credit gift card or exchanged are also final sale. If you have a damaged item, it must be reported the day you receive your package 

If you chose pickup for your order, we are not responsible for items left more than 3 days after the item has been fulfilled.
