Return Policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must be sent back new, unwashed, and unworn within 10 days. Please send returns to Cactus Joys Returns, 3334 State Highway 78, Suite 14, Wylie, TX 75098

All accessories, sale items, holiday items, and items ending in (.00) are final sale. Items purchased with a return store credit gift card or exchanged are also final sale. If you have a damaged item, it must be reported the day you receive your package 

If you chose pickup for your order, we are not responsible for items left more than 3 days after the item has been fulfilled.
