Refund policy

Returns are accepted for store credit only. Items must be sent back new, unwashed, and unworn within 10 days. Send returns to Cactus Joys Returns, 3334 State Highway 78, Suite 14, Wylie, TX 75098

All accessories, sale items, holiday items, pre orders, personalized items, and items ending in (.00) are final sale. If you have a damaged item it must be reported the day you receive your package. 

If you chose pickup for your order, we are not responsible for items left more than 3 days after the item has been fulfilled.
