Royal Blue Puff Sleeve Top

This top is SO CUTE, the sleeves, the pleated front, and the fit. It’s a shorter fit and almost has a swing fit to it. There is no stretch to the material but it is a relaxed fit, Macy is a 2/4 and 5’7 wearing the small.
