At Cactus Joys, we take pride in creating one-of-a-kind custom pieces designed just for you. Because of the personalization nature of custom jewelry, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship, and we offer a 7-day guarantee from the date of delivery to cover any manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered:
- If your jewelry arrives damaged, or breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 7 days, we will gladly repair or replace it at no cost.
What’s NOT Covered:
- Any damage reported after 7 days of delivery.
- Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.
- Changes in appearance due to exposure to water, lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals
- Resizing, alterations, or repairs made by an outside jeweler.
