We have been looking for the perfect pair of black shorts and we LOVE these. They are tummy control and stretchy and so amazing. These are a high rise, approx a 10" rise and they do come cuffed but you can wear cuffed or uncuffed. Approx a 3.25" inseam cuffed and 4.5" inseam after the cuff. Macy is a 24 or 25 in jeans and 5'7 wearing the small. We suggest 24/25/26 small, 27/28 medium, 29/30 large, 31/32 XL
