At Cactus Joys, every custom piece is made with heart, creativity, and attention to detail—just for you! Because each item is specially designed and personalized, all custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We’re proud of the quality and care that go into everything we make, and we want you to feel the same confidence. That’s why we offer a 7-day craftsmanship guarantee from the date your order arrives.

Our Promise to You

If your custom item arrives damaged, or if it breaks due to a craftsmanship issue within 7 days of delivery, we’ll happily repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s Not Included

While we always do our best to ensure every piece lasts beautifully, our guarantee doesn’t cover:

• Any damage reported after 7 days of delivery
• Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse
• Changes in appearance from water, lotions, perfumes, or other chemicals
• Alterations or repairs made by anyone outside of Cactus Joys
