We want you to love your purchase from Cactus Joys! If something doesn’t work out, returns are simple—please review our policy below.
🌵 How to Start a ReturnÂ

Package your return with the following:
- Item to be returned
- Your name, order number, and reason for return- this can be written on your original packing slip if you have it.

🌵 Return Conditions
Once we receive your return, items must meet all of the following requirements to be accepted:
- Unworn – Trying on is okay, but items may not be worn out or for any length of time.
- Unwashed – Washed items cannot be accepted, as they are no longer considered brand new. This helps us be respectful of customers with allergies or detergent sensitivities.
- New Condition – Items must be free of stains, odors (smoke/perfume), holes, tears, or stretching.
Items that do not meet all of these conditions will not be eligible for return or store credit.
🌵 Important Details
- Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. No refunds.
- Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.
- All accessories, sale items, holiday items, pre orders , personalized items, orders using a discount code, and items ending in (.00) are final sale. Items purchased with a return store credit gift card or exchanged are also FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
- Due to our limited inventory, we do not hold items for exchanges. If you’d like a different size, we recommend purchasing it right away. In this case, we will issue a refund once the returned item is received by Cactus Joys. Please include a note that you have repurchased the item, along with the order number for the new item. Â
- Cactus Joys is not responsible for damage after items have been worn or washed. We recommend hand washing and hanging to dry. Items worn or washed will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
🌵 Return to Sender/ Undeliverable Packages Policies:Â
If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, refused delivery, or failure to pickup, the following applies:Â
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Once the package is returned to us, customers may choose:
- Reshipment- Customer is responsible for the new shipping cost
- Store Credit for items minus original shipping cost.
- Cactus Joys is not responsible for packages return due to address errors entered at checkout. Â
- Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier but returned due to refusal or non-pickup are treated the same as returned shipments.
- If we do not hear from the customer within 7-14 days of return, store credit will be issued automatically for full price items.

No store credit will be issued for sale items, if you have another order within 30 days we will ship with your new order. Otherwise, customers are responsible to pay for reshipment, or you forfeit the item and it will be donated.Â

- We kindly ask that you reach out to us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. If a chargeback is filed without prior communication, a $15 chargeback fee will be applied to your account. Accounts with unpaid chargeback fees will be temporarily unable to make future purchases until the balance is resolved.
